Every package includes cups and toppings, our açaí soft-serve station and staff on-site. Sales tax is not included.

- 1 staff, up to 2 hours on-site ($90/h for extra hours)
- 100 servings (cups + toppings)
- Choice of up to 4 toppings & 4 sauces
- $15 per serving beyond the first 100
- 1 staff, up to 3 hours on-site ($100/h for extra hours)
- 150 servings (cups + toppings)
- Choice of up to 6 toppings & 6 sauces
- $15 per serving beyond the first 150
- 2 staff, up to 3 hours on-site ($110/h for extra hours)
- Full menu available
- May include direct sales to guests, depending on event type
- 2 to 3 staff minimum for the event

Catering FAQ
What's included in a package?
Each package includes a set number of servings (cups and toppings), your choice of toppings and sauces, our açaí soft-serve station, and staff on-site for the hours listed.
What if we have more guests than the package covers?
Additional servings are $15 each beyond the servings included in your package. Let us know your estimate in the booking form notes.
Can your team stay longer?
Yes. Extra hours are $90/h for Small, $100/h for Medium and $110/h for Large.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. It's about $90–$120 for Small, $150–$200 for Medium and $220–$250 for Large. Sales tax is not included.
Can you handle 300+ guests?
Yes. X-Large events get a custom quote with the full menu and 2 to 3 staff. Depending on the event, guests can also buy directly from us.
Is Toupie good for guests with dietary needs?
Our açaí base is organic, dairy-free and vegan, with no added sugar. Some toppings and sauces contain nuts, dairy or gluten, so mention any allergies in your request.
